Pousada Noa is a fantastic stay in Cabo Frio, just minutes on foot from Passagem’s culinary center and Praia do Forte, and from there you can easily reach many of the city’s main tourist spots. The lodge has great facilities, the staff are excellent and very attentive, and the breakfast is especially varied.
