The cleanliness was excellent. The stairs were a bit rough, but that’s part of the city and we had backpacks, so it was hard to avoid.

Ms. Carmela was friendly and helpful, answering questions and directing us to the right spots. The room was clean and came with a mini‑bar, coffee machine, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and springs. A hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, bath and face towels were provided, and they kindly offered coffee, tea, and paper, sparing us last‑minute shopping. I mention this detail because it’s not a hotel, just a room, so expecting so many “services” isn’t reasonable. Despite being very close to the Piazzetta, it’s a bit of a climb to get there, and the first time we went up with two bags it was a struggle. The room’s acoustics aren’t great; we heard everything from the neighboring room. Lastly, the access street lacks lighting, which is a pity.

“Tres bon sejour”

The spot is unbeatable in Capri’s center, and the value for money is excellent. Carmela is fantastic with guests and makes check‑in a breeze. Nothing to complain about.

“Otimo custo beneficio no coraçao de Capri”

The location is great. The only downside is the many stairs—so check if you have a lot of luggage—but the stay itself is superb, the staff are super prepared, and the location is top.
