The central location and price‑performance fit well, but the smoking room unfortunately smells too much like smoke.

The staff were very friendly, the 24/7 locker at the foot of the hotel was handy, and public transport, cafés and restaurants nearby were well served, but I had to call reception multiple times for the same requests, the sliding toilet door was almost transparent, and there were no sponges or dish soap provided.

The staff were good, but the room felt heavy, the laminate floor was loose with gaps, the so‑called garden turned out to be a small balcony where rainwater seeped in, the room was in the basement so you couldn’t tell if it was dark or light outside, and I had to stay there for 11 days against my will.
