The current owners have clearly invested in upgrading parts of the room experience. The bathroom was great, and the kitchen area was OK. The outside appearance of the building looked a bit tired, and the carpet and some aspects of the room looked a bit tired despite best efforts to make it look better.

The location was great, and breakfast was in the fridge. Nothing else to note.

The location was great and the bed was comfortable enough. The balcony was nice. No personal grooming items were provided, and the extra breakfast we paid for felt like hospital food.

The hotel sits right across from Tesis park and is very close to the metro station. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with both the toilet and bathroom being very clean. Inside the small kitchenette, everything was available. They kept breakfast items in the fridge for us. Check‑in was early, and there was a tiny balcony. The internet connection was problematic.

The bed was very good, but the breakfast was very poor.
