The room stayed clean throughout my visit. The only downside was the limited parking available.
The experience was standard with no gimmicks. The breakfast selection, however, was not good at all.
“Room good, a bit aged, location good, cafe in foyer great. Breakfast! Forget about it”
I was upgraded to a suite, which was great for the extra room. There was no air conditioner—just fans, which made it a bit warm throughout the night; the fan on low hummed. Breakfast, which was included, turned out to be the worst part of our stay; many items ran out over an hour before the allotted time finished. Most staff and food seemed to favor the local population. The staff could not understand us, weren’t interested in our requests, and didn’t follow up. The indoor pool looked yellow and slimy, so we refused to use it, and there were no pool towels available.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The swimming pool and all the facilities were excellent and completely satisfying. The service was really good, and the customer service was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience and truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again! ❤️
