I was told on the day of arrival that the guests in that apartment had already been there for four days and that they would give me a different room without a balcony. So they use Booking for advertising but not for the real situation once they removed a four‑day stay that was actually occupied from Booking. Dragan, who contacted me, was very rude, unfriendly, and unpleasant. Be prepared for anything with this accommodation. They will probably give a vague answer now, because they even tried to go to the option on Booking that says I didn’t show up, even though I did. Very disappointing in a professional sense.
