The breakfast is amazing, the bed is very comfortable, and the view is incredible. We were kept waiting over two hours to check in. The bathroom had a toilet problem that the manager handled very helpfully. Another major annoyance was the lack of robots to deliver orders, causing us to wait about 20 or 30 minutes for each delivery to reach the room.

“Wonderful Experience”

The food at both the breakfast and evening buffet was excellent, with a wide selection that was freshly made and cooked to order. Service was impeccable. In the evening, the maître d, who spoke perfect English, made a real effort to welcome me, bringing freshly baked breads—including their specialty Szechuan spicy rolls—and ordering me grilled lobster and dressed artichoke to the table. The bar views were wonderful and the cocktails delicious. The bedroom was immaculate and in very good condition, with minimal wear and tear. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout blinds and quiet room allowed me to sleep very well. Other staff were also great—they were even reachable via WeChat while I was out during the day and helped me book the spa, etc.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its modern design and exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Although the hotel's location was a bit far from the city center, requiring a short bus ride, the surrounding area offered plenty of dining and shopping options.

“Great stay”

Overall, it was a delightful stay, especially for those who crave a taste of home while traveling in China.
