Very clean room. Excellent location – good connection to Naples – train station reachable in 10 minutes. Underground parking directly at the property!

“Struttura meravigliosa ma con host assente”

I liked the proximity to the free garage (even though at night the car is left outside the guarded parking, practically in the Czech alley), the choice of wall coverings and floors, and especially the private terrace with a small but super relaxing pool. I did not like the hot tub because it probably didn’t work due to a broken mixer, so it could only be filled with cold water (unusable). The host was not present; special requests were not read and, both via Booking and via phone, the problems were not resolved. After booking you’re basically left to automated messages that even send out incorrectly.

“A FUIR”

We arrived and there was no electricity; we found exposed wires which is extremely dangerous. After 1h30 and the mechanic’s intervention because even after resetting the breaker we had to find it ourselves it tripped again. Breakfast was included, a breakfast we never had. The kettle didn’t work and the worst was that the parking was actually in the neighboring garage where they damaged our car!!!
