The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and well equipped. The bedding was a little small for a bed; I’m 182 cm and my feet were hanging out the bottom of the bed. The bed was okay, not the firmest, but everyone has their own preference.

This is a beautiful property in the heart of Istanbul. The rooms were nice, clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were helpful. Because the restaurant is operated by another company, having breakfast on‑site is expensive and there is no real option for dinner (the restaurant is pricey and clearly a go‑to spot for Istanbul’s Instagrammers, which can be irritating). The only place to sit is in the small lobby shared with the greeter for the restaurant.

Great location and very easy to walk to the historic areas in the old town. The music from the restaurant went on until 1.00 am.

The location and the room atmosphere were very pleasant. The people who smoke in the common areas (just next to the room) and the restaurant music were a bit too loud.
