We didn’t stay even 5 minutes in the room, paid the “penalty” day to be able to leave and find another hotel. That place, a pigsty or whatever you want to call it, is a SCAM, with a capital S, don’t stay there. The photos aren’t of the hotel, the shower is above the toilet, there’s no shower cubicle so the whole room would flood, there’s no heating, and everything looked like a rat house. Total scam. The three‑storey staircase is uncomfortable and narrow, no elevator. The worst place I’ve found on Booking and I’ve traveled a lot; it’s a total SCAM.

I liked the staff's attention, but I felt compelled to complain because the bathroom mirror was broken, the TV remote didn't work in room 10 and I had to raise it, the bed linens were poorly cleaned, and the neighbors in the adjacent rooms were talking and shouting loudly; I called around 8 pm to ask them to lower their voices, and I was in room 109. I understand the comment, "If you pay a cheap price, what do you expect?" but regardless of the cost, things should be in good condition. The staff were very helpful, but I won't stay here again.

The spot was great, but one night we had no heating because the front desk hadn't turned it on, and a guy on the same floor next to our room was yelling and insulting us; the beds were uncomfortable, there was a damp smell and a cramped feel in the room, and the TV didn't work.
