We arrived a day late because our flight was cancelled the night before. I told the hotel, and they said it was fine, but when we got there they tried to charge us more because they said we had to change dates. I tried to contact bookings, but they didn’t reply until the next day, which wasn’t helpful, so in the end I had to pay for a night of nothing. Or they would have charged me even more. Breakfast is terrible and not Western at all, contrary to what was advertised.
