It was a wonderful stay, the staff were very friendly and courteous. The room was very elegantly decorated and the entire property was very classy. There isn't anything particular that we didn't like, however, if there is one thing that could have been slightly better was the time between dinner courses. The staff's friendliness and the ambience made it bearable.

The castle was beautiful and the surrounding gardens and falconry were fantastic. Our room was spacious and comfy and the shower was A+. We ate in the Ramsey restaurant and the food was of a big standard, special mention to Kim who was outstanding and went above and beyond in her service. No complaints.

Amazing stay in the castle. Had the tasting dinner down in the dungeon restaurant, which was so cool. Walking around the grounds was great, very pretty and quiet. We were set to do the falconry. The day we arrived, but it had to be canceled. Because one of the birds had been injured that morning. We went down to look at the falcons, and the birds and we ran into Barry, who was one of the falconers. We were talking with him. And he was so awesome, told us about his birds and the others and invited us back down the next morning. Before his first session, and let my son, who is blind, hold a couple of the birds, including the Eagle and an owl and Barry's own Falcon. It turned into such a wonderful experience! It made the whole stage, it's that much more five-star. So shout out and thanks a bunch to Barry!

Our stay at Dalhousie was exceptional! The property was amazing, breakfast was DELICIOUS, and the staff were incredibly attentive. Orlaith was especially wonderful! Her outstanding customer service and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel like a princess. Such a unique and unforgettable experience!

We were blown away by the castle’s wow factor and the friendly, welcoming staff, and the bedroom was stunning and grand along with the social spaces. However, we could hear everyone passing our room and the surrounding rooms were very noisy, waking most of us a few times with loud voices and a TV that stayed on well after midnight, and the breakfast menu had enough choices but the food disappointed, with a 40‑minute wait and bland taste.
