The first room had a spacious bathroom, a large bed, and a balcony, while the second, smaller room was still adequate; the four‑storey building’s elevator worked well and the heating was very appreciated. At 10 pm a leak caused flooding from the ceiling at the room entrance, cutting off electricity, but a solution was quickly found so I could keep the room. I was disappointed that there was no TV I could connect my phone or tablet to, and the old TV made that impossible, so I didn’t use it. After the water burst in the first room, nobody came to check on me or help with my belongings, and no one asked if the damage had affected my items left in the room.

The room was roomy with a terrace, the bedding comfortable, a large bathroom, and the breakfast was good; the staff were at least friendly, though language barriers might exist, and there was free parking. The location at the intersection of major roads meant there was noise.

The breakfast was fine, and at check‑in they asked if I had any intolerances to include in the breakfast. The room was appropriate, and you can tell the building has age even though updates were attempted; the bathroom felt modern and the bed was very comfortable. Parking right at the door was appreciated. Everything else was fine.

“Opción económica en Vic”

El hotel se ve moderno y agradable. Las recepcionistas han sido amables. Mi habitación estaba limpia y tenía edredones adicionales. En la habitación hacía calor, pero al poner aire acondicionado olía muy mal. Había una mesa con silla, pero no tenía ninguna luz para trabajar allí o que enfocara hacía este lado. El hotel no cuida bien datos de los clientes, ya que los míos han sido robados y me contactaron para estafarme teniendo toda información de mi reserva, muy lamentable. Espero que mejoren estos aspectos

The receptionist’s service is excellent; I stay for a night and it’s a quick visit, and for me it does its job.
