In my opinion, this is the best value for money on Ko Samui. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the staff are friendly, the food is good, the rooms are decent with solid AC, and the massage place right on the beach is great. The live musicians, however, were really bad singers.

Breakfast isn’t part of the package, which ideally should be, but I get that operational issues cause it. We arrived early in the morning and had to wait almost 5‑6 hours because the room was still occupied; the tenant vacated it at 11:30, yet we didn’t get in until about 2 PM. The hotel enforces check‑in and check‑out strictly, though they do offer extensions for an extra hourly fee.
