Everything went out of the way to make my stay awesome and I came back again. Deonna went out of her way to make me feel very friendly, and so did Housekeeping, Front Desk, and everyone else who made me feel like I worked here. I plan to come again.

The A/C wasn’t working, but the staff moved us to another room. The room was clean. The handle on the toilet wasn’t working properly; we could flush it, but it wasn’t attached properly.

It’s a pet‑friendly motel with no extra charge for two small dogs. It’s conveniently located on Route 66 and just a five‑minute walk from Starbucks. Parking was very close to the room and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a lingering cigarette smell mixed with cleaning products, and the bathroom had a damp, wet‑towel smell. We also saw mold on the ceiling above the shower, and there was no refrigerator in the room.

I was disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room.

There was no breakfast, so I have nothing to rate. The receptionist was not very friendly. Some of the other guests (they looked like long‑term renters?) gave me a sense of danger.
