The person who greeted me upon arrival was flawless—attentive, helpful, and amazing—and the bar waitress was just as great; the entire staff is wonderful, the hotel looks even better than the photos, the location is perfect, and I loved everything, with no complaints and a very good stay.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right near the city center for walking visits, next to the Vigo Vialia shopping mall with plenty of stores and eateries, and you can park your car at the mall thanks to a partnership with the hotel (daily paid parking); breakfast is good, all advertised amenities are available, and the entire staff is friendly and always ready to help, with no negative points to note.
