Everything was excellent, great value, Minki welcomed us warmly, breakfast was hearty, fresh, healthy and varied; the room and shower were clean, with water bottles, coffee, tea and kettle available; it was well‑located, quiet, had good bedding and a large parking lot.

The rooms are brand‑new and cleverly laid out, tucked inside a Tibetan centre that runs Buddhist retreats, yoga classes and other workshops. We only needed a single night because of a wedding nearby, but the peace and quiet let us sleep like a log.

I booked a room that was supposed to include breakfast, yet when I asked for it the staff told me it wasn’t part of the package. In the end I paid for a meal that never arrived – a real disappointment.
