A great family apartment for small children, with very friendly communication, excellent breakfast, spotless and child‑friendly, and a lovely spot with many outings and family restaurants; we’ll definitely come back. The kitchenette is tiny and lacks a stove, so cooking is almost impossible; a broom and dustpan would have been handy for quick clean‑ups with little ones, but that’s the only gripe.

Spacious, a double bathroom, and fully equipped for kids – we had a wonderful stay. The kids were thrilled when they saw the room, especially the ball pit. The only downside was the baby crib with peeling paint inside, so we hardly used it, and a vacuum and a can of paint were not unnecessary luxuries with children.

Breakfast with play options in the garden/woodland, but the mattress was soft – that’s a matter of taste.

The place was fantastic and exceeded our expectations, fully geared for children so we also had some worry‑free days. It was great to have separate kid and adult areas, letting us move around peacefully while the little ones slept. It’s within walking or biking distance from the center of Epe, so we were there in no time. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it to everyone! The only issue for us was the beds – they were very soft, which was a challenge for a highly pregnant woman; improving that would make it a truly great stay.
