The location offers a great view of the pyramids, balcony, rooftop, and the neighbouring Rokna Cafe rooftop also provides a spectacular view. The room matched the pictures and is branded Pyramid Top Inn, next to the Rokna Cafe entry. The team was great and the service good, right in the hustle and bustle of the Pyramids at your doorstep. The only downside is the need for a clear Pyramids Inn sign out front, as the building names are tricky to find, though the Rokna Cafe sign next door is helpful.

Close to the pyramids. The washing machine works fine. I stayed for 4 nights, but the Wi‑Fi was unstable and only worked on the first day, then was completely unusable for the remaining 3 days. Even when I asked the child staff, they just kept repeating the router password. There was a kitchen, but no knives, cutting board, or detergent, and only one spoon. It was always noisy outside, day or night. The smell of camel and horse dung entered the room, and when I hung my laundry outside, it smelled like it. I never had the free breakfast, but there was no explanation, and it was not prepared unless I told them the day before. There were no hangers in the closet, and no amenities such as shampoo.

Очень грязно. Грязно, кровать была сломана, матрас просто лежал на простых досках. Фото и реальность 100% не совпадают, очень уставший отель, персонал почти всегда отсутствовал, постельное белье явно не поменяли после предыдущих посетителей. Больше нечего сказать, требует полной перезагрузки

I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but the view from the window here was the best! The room was spacious, with a kitchen, fridge, washing machine, and all the necessities; it made for a wonderful memory in Egypt. When I return to Cairo, I definitely want to stay here again.

“Just ok”

The hosts were helpful and the breakfast was decent, and they let us stay past checkout and use the facilities. The view from the top of the hotel is nice and almost straight to the pyramids. However, the hotel should be a calm, relaxed place for a good night's sleep, and that wasn’t always possible because of frequent noises inside the building, day and night, loud music played across the street, honking cars, etc. The Wi‑Fi was spotty, working only sometimes and not everywhere. The entrance area and the stairwell were poorly maintained; we even saw cat droppings that nobody cleaned up.
