“A fanantastic introducing to Puebla”
Lovely welcoming and friendly staff, the rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. Lots of activities, board games, and a great terrace to work and hang out. Nothing!

Very well located, the private rooms are clean and the bathroom is also.
“Sin poder dormir”
The door is glass and you can see everything inside; it has gaps that let you see everything. The hallway light stays on all the time. The window isn’t sound‑proof and you can hear the whole road, so you don’t sleep. The towels are super hard and smell odd, there’s no hot water, and the mattress is soggy. For the price you could find something much better and more comfortable.
Good guest service. The toilets smelled bad.
