The spot in Sozopol sits in a solid location, and the rooms were roomy, spotless and well‑fitted. We enjoyed a big terrace with a nice sea view, and the whole area was quiet. Parking was provided and the hosts were friendly and very responsive. I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff helped us sort out a parking space right away, which was appreciated. On the downside, the bathroom and toilet were filthy, the bed sheets came out all creased, and dust was everywhere – even the extension cord on the floor was coated in grime. Not a pleasant stay overall.

The location is passable, but the room felt ancient – outdated décor, a boiler that barely heated water and the heating stopped on day two. To make matters worse, the hosts were unusually rude and unpleasant. I can’t recommend this place.

Apart from the usual amenities, the terrace view was outstanding – you can actually watch the sunrise, and we also got access to a huge roof terrace. The only annoyance was that the bathroom door hits the boiler, so it only opens halfway and can be a bit uncomfortable, but it’s a minor issue overall.

Everything about the place was fine – the location was spot‑on and the panorama was impressive. No complaints at all.
