Everything matched the description. We were with two small children. The area was quiet, a good starting point for exploring the surroundings, clean and tidy, good standard, a well‑equipped shared kitchen, and good contact with the owner. The only issue was that one of the skylight windows on the upper floor didn’t have a blind.

The area is beautiful and quiet, even though it’s close to the National Road, and the balcony offers a lovely view of the mountains. If you have your own transport, it’s a solid launchpad for many attractions, and the owner is very friendly and communicative. The Wi‑Fi is a bit weak, the TV signal quality is very poor, and the mattresses feel too soft—though that’s a matter of taste.

The owner is very nice and will negotiate non‑standard check‑in or key‑pickup times. We stayed only one night, right after finishing the Izersko‑Karkonoski Rally, and all we wanted was a comfortable bed and a shower, which the place provided.
