“Consigliato”
I spent a few days with my family at this hotel and I must say we felt very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We only chose breakfast because we were out all day on excursions and other visits, so it was more convenient. We also had the chance to eat lunch and dinner there, and the kitchen is very good. Breakfast is fantastic with several kinds of brioche and cakes, various jams, cereals, yogurt, and a well-stocked savory section. The rooms are clean and well organized. What I liked a lot was the spa policy: children under 14 can only go to the pool. To access the spa you had to enter a side door that was exclusively for adults. It’s very nice because you can relax in complete tranquility. They’re well organized for day trips and evening entertainment, especially for kids. The only negative thing I found was the price for the dog: €20 per day seems a bit high, especially compared to competitors charging €10–€15. I might lower it a bit; I had a very small dog who only stayed in the room at night, sleeping in its kennel, and he was used to being called out to go outside. I’d consider two rates based on dog size, or at least give a small treat or bone to justify the cost. I say this because in other hotels they would provide a bowl or a bag of biscuits for around €15. Other than that, I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again because we really liked it.

The welcome, courtesy, restaurant, location, and cleanliness were all excellent, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

The facility was barely acceptable for a 4‑star. The kitchen needs a lot of improvement!!! Many families with children were quite noisy. Because I booked through Booking, they charged €4 per day per person for a tourist pass, while it was provided free to guests who booked directly with the hotel: UNACCEPTABLE!!!
“Un buon Relax!”
I liked the Wellness area, but the room’s location was a bit off, and at half‑board some basic items—like water, plant‑based milk, and spa towels—cost extra.
