The property is gorgeous and the staff really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, handling every request with a smile.
The place had a lot going for it—clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good location—but the meals left a lot to be desired.

“Unique and felt welcomed”
The venue was beautiful and well kept, yet the lack of Wi‑Fi in the rooms was an inconvenience, especially since there was no network from SA.
I really enjoyed my stay and a special thank you to Randy and Bobie for their excellent service 😀 ❤️❤️
“Beautiful stay, beautiful staff”
The place had a lot going for it—clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good location—but the meals left a lot to be desired. The food just wasn’t up to par with the rest of the experience.
The lodge and gardens are absolutely beautiful and quiet; the rooms are spacious with stunning decor and comfortable beds, but the bathroom sink water came out in a tiny thin trickle, which was odd, there was no TV (a pity for my mother who can’t move around much and relies on it for entertainment), and there should have been a booklet or flyer of services and activities, including the reception number, menus, etc.; staff were a bit slow but still very pleasant.
