The Wi‑Fi is fantastic for work; I ran more than 20 video calls without interruption. The ocean view is stunning, the room is comfortable, and I’d definitely recommend it. I’d stay here again if I ever return to Jeju. Everything was perfect.

The spot right in front of the beach is great. The building looks a bit neglected and run‑down both outside and inside. Foreign guests are asked for a deposit that can be withheld if they smoke in the room (which is fair) or if they dirty the towels, which feels excessive for a seaside spot. At check‑out they inspect the room before returning the deposit. Because check‑out was early, finding someone at the front desk was hard; we had to shout and bang loudly. The price is a bit steep for what’s offered.

The beachside location is very good. The décor is very old. I booked a four‑person room but there was only one bed, so I had to sleep on a hard floor.

The reception was straightforward and efficient, and the spot is gorgeous. Check‑in happens at the beach‑side restaurant. The apartment itself is spacious. The gear is very basic—just the bare minimum—and that worked for us.

It’s a neat, tidy place with a view that blows you away; you wake up feeling the ocean right outside your window. The owner is fantastic—when our rental car broke, he spent hours helping us, translating and guiding us through the whole ordeal. Thanks a lot; we’ll definitely return.
