Good and varied breakfast. Clean and tidy, but the dining room is cold.

Good breakfast, very good location near Plaza Marques de Pombal and Av. da Libertade, beautiful walk to the old town. The room is fine, a bit small, but I didn't expect more. Customer service does not exist; the concierge staff are task executors (with some exceptions); if you ask them for anything, they cannot help you. The "no" is on the tip of their tongue. A shame.

The beds were not comfortable – they were too soft, and the pillows were overly stiff and high. On the first day I had to shower with cold water because the hot water wouldn't come on. The breakfast was good, and the location was fine.
