The location was great, easy access to the places we wanted to explore. Initially I was skeptical about the “mandatory” valet parking, but compared to nearby pay‑to‑park options it saved us money. The sheets and pillows were clean and spotless. The shower in the unit I booked had too much pressure; once it slipped off its stand and flooded the bathroom floor. There was no proper ventilation, and I expected breakfast to be included with such a chain. The bed was not terrible but too soft for someone who likes firmer mattresses. The TVs were outdated and couldn’t connect to my streaming services.

The walls are too thin; you can hear someone showering or their alarm clock ringing.
