Clean room, comfortable bed, easy check in instructions. All you do is call the host when you arrive and he gives you the code to grab your key from the lock box outside. Host is responsive through calls. Closest tram is about a 4-5 minute walk. Perfect stay if you’re on a budget. 1 mosquito flew on me at night. The shower head was hard to get the water to come out just right

“Nie mehr wieder!”

Nothing! Honestly zero points if that were possible. Location: Loudly situated on the main street, freight trains at night, trams, and car traffic. No garden view. Only rooms 1 and 3 face the garden. Much worse: the hygiene conditions were underground—dirty carpet with large stains, filthy communal bathroom, a grimy mini‑tea kitchen without fresh towels, enough dishes and cutlery—scandalous. Safety issues: only one fire extinguisher on the first floor, no smoke detectors, exposed cables, and child‑proof sockets. The staircase to the second floor is life‑threatening because the carpeted steps are loose and you can get stuck or trip over them. In the room, five empty vodka bottles from the previous tenant were hidden behind a rancid sofa at check‑in, indicating that cleaning between stays is probably not done. Comfort: no coat hooks, no drinking glass, no bedside lamp, only one towel, no trash can. Outside the front door there was a disgusting pot of cigarette butts. The front door stayed open most of the time.

For €28 a night, that’s almost a dream—an single room with a fridge, stove top, and sink. Thank you for prices that a normal person can still afford, Rana❤️

Cheap and straightforward. Could be cleaner. You shouldn’t have huge expectations for the price, but it was fine for the cost.
