The lady I first spoke to on the phone was friendly and accommodated my requests, for which I was grateful. The older lady who was present at the accommodation was very demanding, and after a mix‑up where we mistakenly brought a towel, we immediately apologized and delivered the towel on the spot, but the older lady was unpleasant on the phone; otherwise everything else was positive.
