“Unclean + creepy host”
The host and his girlfriend were both rude and creepy, and it should have been disclosed that the owner lives on the premises. We were two girls and he appeared in our room twice in his underwear. The fridge contained spoiled food, the bathroom sink leaked every time it was used, the room smelled of mold and was damp, and bugs were everywhere. The AC was filthy and could not be turned on without causing coughing; I developed a lung infection on my last day. The mattresses collapsed completely and the linens were unclean; pillows were thin. In Marbella, where nightlife is common, the owner would knock on your door if you showered or talked after 1 AM because the walls are thin and he could hear you, and he would get very upset. Paying guests should be able to use their rooms normally 24 / 7 except for normal noise. He would come into your room wearing only boxers and scream, which is unacceptable. Honestly, pay extra and stay elsewhere; this place is dirty, has rude, creepy staff, and no awareness. Smoking is also prohibited on the outside balconies for no reason.
