The location was good, but the place was neglected and very dirty.
The rooms were spacious, close to the airport and restaurants, and everything was very clean and well thought out.
The room was beautiful and clean, just as described. The staff were friendly, the airport shuttle was convenient and reasonably priced. The only drawback was the area itself, which isn’t great and can’t be improved; otherwise everything was fine.

I didn't find any courtesy at the hotel, especially when the staff ignored children who arrived early in the morning; I hope it will shut down soon. The staff's attitudes were unclear and they seemed to be scamming us.

The room was spacious with two separate areas, but the receptionist was unfriendly, the shower barely produced water and the hotel isn’t that close to the airport; a taxi from the airport cost €40 and the front desk charged an extra €10 per person for city‑stay tax, so if you need to be near the airport you’re better off at the Hilton inside the terminal for better value.
