The location in the center, a comfortable, quiet, and clean room, and the owner's willingness to resolve our issues were all great; there was nothing to say, I liked everything.

The staff were courteous and professional, the area was quiet and central, and breakfast was excellent, but the bathroom was tiny and the building was a bit dated.

The receptionist, Sig.ra Cristiana, was genuinely kind and helpful. The hotel sits in a very convenient spot for exploring the whole thermal area, and the breakfast featured homemade pastries that were delicious.

Breakfast was great, service was excellent, and the location is central. The only thing missing was a fridge.
