The Superior Room is fully wheelchair accessible and served by an elevator to the upper floors. It sleeps three guests with an extra bed and a crib available, and provides a seating area, desk, laptop safe, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker, socket near the bed, telephone, hand sanitiser, cleaning products, iron, tumble dryer and the option of interconnected rooms. The private bathroom features a shower, bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, towels and free toiletries, while the room includes air‑conditioning, a flat‑screen TV, free Wi‑Fi and a carbon‑monoxide detector.

“overall a fair stay”
Breakfast was good and the location was great, making it a solid place to stay, though the rates seemed high. I went to reception the night before to see if I could get breakfast to go the next morning; the receptionist said I could pick it up at the cafeteria around 6.45 AM (they open at 7.00 AM). I went the next morning, requested it, but the person in charge was very rude and told me I hadn't pre-ordered, so I had no choice but to leave without breakfast. It wasn't a huge problem, but it could have been handled with more courtesy and consideration.

The rooms were very clean and nice. The property was undergoing major renovation, so most services were not available.

There was major renovation happening, but I wasn't told about it when I booked. No one was present to show me where to go or how to enter, as the main entrance, lobby, and reception were under renovation. The stay did not justify the price.
