“Durchwachsen”
The hotel sits right on the beach, which is clean, pretty, and not too crowded, and my room was large and spotless. However, the furnishings were outdated, the doors were warped and squeaked, and the tables in the restaurant were never clean; the staff seemed unmotivated and inattentive. Breakfast was very sparse, with only warm items like eggs and sausages that were often cold, and there was no fruit or muesli—just a bare minimum. When you actually pick up the menus at the restaurant, you’re already eating.
