Located in a small village with easy access to Longleat, Bath, Wells, etc., we loved the place and will return. Joss and Caitlin were great, always happy to chat about the resident ponies, ducks, geese, and the friendliest dogs, Dougal and Dylan. Breakfast was special, with excellent quality food—amazing mushrooms—perfectly prepared and presented.

Joss, the owner, was lovely and welcoming. The setting was very picturesque, could not be more so, and the location was quiet and peaceful. The rooms were first‑rate and the beds very comfy. Breakfast included the best local ingredients and a decent range of options. Everything seemed well organized and relaxed. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like or that could be improved.

The host was lovely and made you feel very welcome. The gardens were lovely with plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the views.

The countryside setting was beautiful, the hosts were lovely, and the room was good‑sized with all facilities and a comfy bed. Parking was ample, and breakfast was delicious.
