The rooms were in excellent condition and very spacious, and the staff were friendly and ready to answer any questions; however, the rooms and hallways were somewhat dark, and the entrance was hard to see at night, making access a little tricky.

“Excelente Lugar para explorar la región!”

The hotel staff were attentive, friendly, and pleasant, always eager to make the stay unforgettable, but the building is old and some parts show wear, and because the hotel hosts many events it can get noisy on weekends, plus music plays from 08:30 until late, which can bother guests who prefer more quiet.

It was comfortable and nice, but one day the dining area was a triumph— the hotel was full and it took over an hour to be served.

The rooms are very spacious, with lovely views and beautiful gardens, and there’s a large covered parking lot. The facilities are pretty, the pool is big but a bit neglected, and the restaurant food is delicious with generous portions. The staff never greet you, they’re very rude; when we ordered Room Service, the waiter didn’t even say good morning and walked in as if it were his home, and the receptionists never say good afternoon or anything; the food is good but takes a long time to arrive.
