Nada me gustó la atención fue pésima, llegué y me cancelaron el hotel, nos trataron mal y nos agredieron nos querían llevar a otro lugar sin decirnos a donde. La atención fue pésima

The place was well‑located and the host got us last‑minute accommodation quickly and kept us updated. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom had a slight odor and the shared entry to three other rooms also smelled of cigarettes.

O atendimento do funcionário que se dispôs a atender o check‑in em horário bastante alternativo. Localização próxima ao Roma Termini, o que facilita o dia a dia do turista. O prédio em si precisa de atenção. Elevador não estava funcionando nem a televisão do quarto. E algumas áreas comuns estavam com entulho. Aspecto de abandonado. Apesar de seguro, a noite uma galera estranha fica pelas ruas próximas.
