The room was roomy and spotless, situated in a great spot with a nice view, and the staff were friendly and efficient. However, the upper handle on the main door was broken, as was the washroom door handle, which is why I only give it 9/10.
Everything was good, and everything was good.
The room is very nice.
“V.poor maintenance of rooms.”
The weather was fine, but the housekeeping was terrible—linen was dirty, the kettle had live worms wriggling, the TV didn’t work, the fan and AC were stuck on setting 1, the toilet taps were leaking, and the flush didn’t work.
The staff were polite, but it didn’t feel worth the money.
