There was nothing positive to mention. The hotel falsely advertised a hot tub, and the place was filthy. My husband and I stayed for only 30 minutes before leaving; the front desk promised a refund but none has been issued yet.

The sheets were clean and cozy, and the breakfast was decent, but the floors were uneven and hard to walk on in both the room and the hallways. Our door hung crookedly, and it took two of us three attempts to open it from either side, almost dislocating a shoulder each time. The exterior doors were unlocked, there was no hot water for the shower, and the hotel sits right next to train tracks.

I ended up canceling after seeing the room; remodeling was underway and the facility looked nothing like the website. The lighting was awful and I disliked everything. The hotel should stay closed until the refurbishment finishes. It was the worst room I've ever seen. I did get a refund, but having to find another hotel was a real pain.
