The spot was conveniently located on a gorgeous lake, the cabin‑like motel was cozy, quiet, and the staff were super friendly; it offered good value and accurate information, making it my favorite place in Clearwater. The only downside was that there should have been more kitchen items such as plates, bowls, and extra cutlery.

“Ok place as long as you know you may not get a lake front and are happy with the basics.”

The room was decent, with a bed, bathroom, microwave, fridge, toaster, and coffee maker—though you can only plug one appliance in at a time. The scent of perfume was a bit overpowering, and an RV was parked right next to the room, making it feel a little worn and tired.

The best part of the accommodation was the lake right outside the door, but unfortunately the noise started right away. We stayed in room 15, where the sofa was sagging and some mattresses were lumpy. The blankets were sparse—just sheets and fleece blankets—and the day blankets were sometimes soiled with hair and food crumbs. Because of the thin wooden ceiling, we could hear our neighbors constantly whenever they were there. The fridge sounded like it was powered by a 5‑liter V8 diesel engine—absolutely terrible. Repairs in the room were makeshift, like using duct tape to fix things. One of the bedrooms had no window and smelled musty when we arrived, and the Wi‑Fi was practically unusable.
