A nice little stopover: breakfast was good, the staff were great, but I had to deal with a smoking neighbour on the balcony and couldn’t keep the balcony door open for fresh air.

The hotel seemed unsure whether it wanted to provide accommodation or host parties and weddings in a restaurant that sits directly above the rooms. The noise, music, and DJ from the celebrations could be heard in the rooms until the early hours, and the phrase “night quiet” meant nothing to the hotel or reception (I called, and they didn’t respond). The night I made the reservation (the same day I arrived) we called the hotel to ask if rooms were available, and we were not told that a party was happening. You only find this out in the evening when it’s almost impossible to find new accommodation in the area. From a principled standpoint, it’s better to stay elsewhere because you learn nothing in advance and the result of staying at this hotel is only nerves and a sleepless night, since the lady at reception said the parties are almost always ongoing. Support a decent lodging place instead; Hotel Limba doesn’t deserve your money. The noise from the main road through the old windows is just a cherry on top.

The hotel was clean and cozy, close to shops and restaurants, but there was no hair dryer in the room.

Everything was as it should be: clean, cheap, tasty, safe, and comfortable.

Everything was in perfect order, the breakfast was fantastic. Everyone found what they liked, whether dairy, meat, pastries, fruit, or drinks ranging from water, tea, coffee to milk and other beverages. The place was clean everywhere, and the staff were pleasant in all departments. I’m sure we’ll return to this area and book the hotel again. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about; everything was fine during my stay.
