The terrace view is exceptional, the welcome was great with small gifts, the setting is surrounded by nature and quiet, close to the village of Vinci, and the large pool is well exposed and calm. A microwave would be nice, and a shared washing machine would help. We’re in nature and respect it, so insects aren’t a problem, but on some days wasps around the pool attacked us, forcing us to leave. Installing wasp traps could be a plus.

The location and environment are good, the pool and view are nice, there are several bathrooms, and the house feels typical. There is no microwave, and the fans are a bit noisy.

The location is stunning, the views are beautiful, and the apartment was lovely and met all our needs—comfortable, clean, and felt like home. In the extreme heat the air conditioning was wonderful, as was the pool. Chiara, our host, is one of the kindest, most beautiful, and helpful people I’ve met, and she made our stay extra special—thank you Chiara, I really didn’t want to leave. Nothing else to add.

When we arrived, Chiara greeted us warmly and gave us a tour of the rooms and the pool. There was plenty of space for the five of us—adults and kids—in the upper rooms, all equipped with air‑conditioning, while the little one stayed in the lower room that had a ceiling fan, just like the dining area. The kitchen was massive and stocked with every utensil we needed for the week (we missed a microwave but managed without it). The outdoor terrace was fully equipped, and the shared pool, though used by other guests, still had ample room, lounge chairs and umbrellas—truly luxurious. The farm kept cats and a donkey, all well‑looked‑after. We’d definitely recommend this place to friends wanting a Tuscan getaway or to ourselves on a future visit. Highly recommended. There was nothing noteworthy to criticize.
