“Good would come back hotel is making improvements”

Checking in at 4:00 pm was too late; I expected a 1:00 pm check‑in.

“It was a good location for us and the room was clean, but I didn’t appreciate the additional charges.”

The location was convenient for our plans, but I was charged a $50 early‑check‑in fee to access the room at 12 pm. The hotel wasn’t sold out, the room was ready, and the fee added to parking and the resort fee, so it felt unnecessary.

I was glad the hotel was close to my wedding event, but the suite’s shower had mold and the water was cold.
