Hic birsey iyi degildi. Aile odasi tuttuk. Bize birinci katta kotu birndoa verdiler ayri yatakli. Otelin dolu oldugunu birsey yapamayacaklarini soyledik. Ardindan bize engelli odasi gosterildi. Oda kotu kokuyordu bizde orayi istemedik. Odada buzdolabi yoktu . Sonradan ogrendik baska odaya goturulmus baby shower icin. Bir saat tartisma ardindan baska buzdolabi getirildi, oda calismiyordu dogru duzgun. Kahvalti 11 e kadar dendi ama 10.30 kadardi . Restaurantta yemek soyledik 15 dakika sonra izgaranin kapali oldugunu yarim saatt surecegi soylendin. Toplamda 1 saat 10 dakika bekledik yemek icin. Her anlamiyla berbat bir deneyimdi . 5 yildizli bir otel icin gercekten rezillik. Asla ve asla !

“Overpriced - room is comfortable, but the staff was rude. Smoking in the restaurant!”

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—except for the cigarette smoke smell. The lady at reception was quite rude when I checked in; I felt like I was annoying her just because I didn’t speak the language and tried to help with Google Translate. The restaurant had extremely loud live music and people were smoking inside. The a‑la‑carte menu wasn’t fully available, and the alternative offered was mediocre. It’s also a pretty expensive place, and I’ve eaten much better elsewhere. The room also had a faint stale cigarette smell. Overall, overpriced, not very friendly, and a mediocre restaurant.

The staff were very friendly. I received a larger room. I’d like to thank Mrs. Bebahat and Mr. Yalcin. I will definitely come back.
