NICHOLAS b&b city center- apartment

The location was great! In the photos of the apartment I saw a small table and chairs on the balcony and thought we could have breakfast there, but when we got there there were none, which was a bit disappointing. We bought lasagne to cook one evening, but there was no oven dish, so that was also disappointing.

The location was great, the view was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and communication was adequate, but there was no microwave.

The place was nice, the apartment had a balcony with a wonderful view, but the neighboring unit was under renovation and the constant drilling and other noises bothered me all day; without the renovation it would have been perfect.

“Da evitare”

The only good thing about this apartment was its location. The house was dirty, soundproofing was missing, and the owner’s behavior was terrible—he paid no attention to guests and only cared about collecting the tourist tax. We were four and found three wires, there was no coffee pod, and the bathroom had almost empty foam soap and shampoo, probably from other guests. We will definitely not return.

“Very disappointing stay ; not recommended.”

Views. Communication with the host was difficult from the start, and I had to call him myself on check-in day because he had not sent any instructions. The apartment was poorly cleaned, with a very dirty kitchen, fridge and shower, as well as rubbish left by previous guests. The host also failed to provide the card needed to dispose of rubbish. The apartment was very noisy, and construction work in the neighbouring flat made it impossible to rest or work. I was not informed about this beforehand. Wifi did not reach the bedroom. Poor cleanliness, inadequate communication and a lack of basic services made this a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again
