The location was great, the bed was good, the AC worked, and the staff were super friendly, but the bathroom was old and clearly needed maintenance.

“A pleasant experience.”

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the double bedroom was large and spacious. The location is convenient if you know your way around, and the hotel offers free one‑way airport transport as well as a very good taxi service. The shower head and hose connection burst water badly, but a repair came quickly after I told the front desk, so the shower room could use a bit of upgrading.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster. The staff were unwelcoming and made me feel uncomfortable, and the hotel's location in a narrow alleyway made me feel uneasy and insecure. To top it off, the parking was a nightmare, with clear signs of a lack of security. I ended up checking out in the middle of the night and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

“MALA EXPERIENCIA”

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. We booked three rooms for work and found them to be average, with a persistent unpleasant smell like tobacco. The bathrooms were outdated, with a broken faucet and a shower door that didn't close properly. The rooms weren't cleaned or serviced during our stay, and the lack of blackout curtains meant lots of light streamed in. The hotel also had poor soundproofing, with noise from both inside and outside the rooms.
