I was bitten by bedbugs—severely. I told the staff but they offered no solutions or suggestions. With one night remaining, I requested a room change and they complied. The new room had a window without a mosquito net, and at night there were many mosquitoes. I ended up itchy and my vacation was ruined.

The location is great—just a few streets from several tourist spots, the couches are very comfortable, and the rooms are clean. The shower is spectacular with good pressure.

The place itself is okay, but the beds are terrible, the pillows are awful, and the bathrooms didn't appeal to me.

La ubicacion es muy buena!! Cerca de todo. La puerta de la habitacion es una cortina plegable, de los 4 dias solo 1 hubo agua caliente los otros 3 dias solo agua fria no te podias bañar. Y no esta bien que te cobren 5 euros por dejar la mochila un rato cuando haces el check out el dia que te vas!!!
