We were very well received, the breakfast had good options, the location was good and the accommodations were cozy, but sometimes the internet fluctuated and there was a lot of glare in the morning (starting at 5am); we passed these suggestions to the manager and she was very understanding.

The reception staff, Márcia and Daniel, welcomed us warmly; they are wonderful.

The cabin was cozy, the owners were great, breakfast was lovely, and the Wi‑Fi was good. However, you need a good GPS to find the Refugio, and it takes about 25 minutes by car to reach São Bento do Sapicai.

I really liked the service, the breakfast, and the room space. The bathroom is very small, the shower box is also tiny, and the bathroom sink tap is stylish but not very functional. The staircase to the mezzanine is a bit hard to climb, so I wouldn’t recommend it for young children or adults with mobility issues.

The spot is pretty, the view is very beautiful, perfect for anyone looking for nature’s tranquility. The environment is full of plants and birds, and the breakfast served is delicious! We loved the stay.
