Overall, the stay was pleasant in terms of setting (pools, sauna). The breakfast problem ruined it: it was advertised as included in the offer description and confirmed in writing by the host before arrival. When we arrived, the restaurant told us the breakfast wasn’t registered for our reservation. The host then asked us to pay for each breakfast on site in exchange for an immediate refund, a commitment explicitly made in writing. We sent all the required receipts (notes, tickets, bank details) as agreed—yet no refund came within the promised time. Only after several reminders and the intervention of Booking support, more than a month after the stay, did a partial and very insufficient refund get processed. This gap between the promised service, the host’s commitments, and the actual execution is significant and should be highlighted for future travelers.
