The location was about 100 m from the transport hub in Budapest, with metro and tram access, close to Buda Castle and the Danube promenade with a view of Parliament. The owner was very friendly and it’s worth contacting him upon arrival about parking, since parking in this part of Budapest is quite expensive. We ended up parking in a basement under a nearby park, costing about 14 000 forints for 3 nights (4 days). Breakfast options included scrambled eggs and freshly baked croissants, plus a nonstop selection of coffee, tea, and drinks.
